Introduced to Karen with a gift voucher for body massage for my husband and myself which we both enjoyed and felt relaxed. Since then I have been having facial treatment for my skin and its greatly improved I have learnt more about skin care from Karen than any other professional I now regularly have appointments. Highly recommend Karen at Total Body and Mind. I went with a very stiff neck, from stress and the total body massage I received was the best I have ever had. I continue to go for regular neck and back massages. Great value for money and my other family members are also attending and she is greatly helping their tight hamstrings and sciatic nerve issues. Easy to book appointments. Lovely clean premises and very relaxing.
