I have been going to Vicky's Power Yoga classes on Mondays and Fridays for several months now. I have really noticed a difference in my strength and flexibility, and I have definitely had less muscle strains/pulls when out running since I started attending the classes. She is an excellent teacher - patient and very clear in her instructions. I couldn't recommend her more. Definitely five stars
