I can't say thank you enough to the staff at this urgent care center. I came in after an accident on my bike. I was nervous and in a lot of pain. I got right into a room, and the staff was so kind, empathetic, and skilled. The x-ray technician realized how much pain I was in standing for the x-rays and went out of his way to make me more comfortable. Convenient location in South Grand area. Office was very clean and staff were professional. I am glad that the Total Access Urgent Care is a viable option to the emergency room or when your primary doctor's office just can't squeeze you in. They accepted my insurance card and provided pharmacy services on site. Buyers beware of the pharmacy prices. If you buy them on site, you will pay TAUC fees or you can have them send the script to your preferred pharmacy provider.
I love this place. It is close and convenient, friendly, quick and CLEAN! They got me right in and out and I felt that I was in really good hands.
Everyone very friendly and accommodating. Online appointment making and execution=flawless. Patient with any questions asked and happy to answer/explain. Will be my go-to from now on!

On Thur 5/31 I was involved in an accident on my bicycle resulting in a broken clavicle and 6 broken ribs. I'm from Nashville TN and was in St Louis visiting family so I was away from home and in a "different" city making it more difficulr to find assistance. It was the St Louis City EMR who referred me to TAUC. Upon arriving in their office they quickly tended to my needs taking X-Rays and CT scan to assess my injuries.
