Very efficient, very friendly staff. In and out for a clogged ear in less than 45 min. Longest part was the paper work. They are reasonably priced and are willing to work with those who are uninsured and underinsured, it’ll just be $99 up front. Would definitely go back if I needed to.
The people there made me feel welcomed. My wait time was short but also it was pleasant. The staff is very kind and made sure my needs and questions were taken care of. I would return again to this location if need be!
I was in the door and into a room in less than 6 minutes. Seen by a tech and a doctor, had labs done, was diagnosed, treated, and got my prescription filled, all in house, all in less than an hour.

I made the appointment online and was taken care of quickly and without any trouble. I really loved the fact that they were able to give me the medication right there without bothering to wait forever at Walgreens. I am so glad you guys are here!
Very happy that I could schedule my visit online, so that the unexpected beginning to my day, didn't disrupt my hectic business appointments. Very efficient. X-ray equipment and tech onsite, helped tremendously.
Very smooth and professional, helpful, courteous, and efficient. I was there at the newer Tower Grove location for a minor illness. Quickly diagnosed and treated with success. Highly recommended.
My recent experience at Total Access could not have gone better. The staff was terrific, fast, thorough, totally present, they were just terrific. I will absolutely return if necessary.
