I went to Total Access Urgent Care as a patient for the first time yesterday (I took my little guy there last year). The entire staff is so polite, professional, and attentive. I cannot say enough about every staff member. Everyone was a pleasure and it made being sick bearable. I will definitely go back, if needed.
This place was very nice and they got me in very fast. They were very caring and did not waste any time. They diagnosed me accurately and gave me the meds I needed. I will go here anytime I feel sick without question. The staff and doctor were all very nice and answered all of my questions.
I've been a patient a few times. On my last visit my heart was enlarged and I did not know. Total Access found it first and referred me to a cardiologist for more testing. Very efficient, compassionate but professional. I love that medication are available there instead of going elsewhere when you don't feel well. A pleasant experience.
This is the 2nd time I have been to Total Access Urgent Care and both experiences were fantastic. Super professional and knowledgeable. Took great care of me and I highly recommend them. It sure beats sitting in an Emergency Room waiting for 12 hours to be seen. If the need arises again I will definitely go to Total Access and I know they will take great care of me!

Highly recommend! They are so nice and welcoming. They do what ever they can to make you comfortable. eventhough there was a little bit of a wait they always came to check on you and let you know what was going on unlike some places that stick you in a room and leave you there for hours. I came in for workers comp and we all know how that can be but they took the time to call my employer and let her know exactly what was going on and what was needed to be done to accommodate me. i just can't tell you how much I like this pla... read more
My experience at Total Access Urgent Care was phenomenal. I had to take my 2 year old there yesterday. We were seen immediately, the office was incredibly clean and welcoming, all of the staff were kind and patient, and the medical care provided was top notch. I cannot recommend this urgent care enough.
