TAUC (Tower Grove) has been a godsend when I moved to TGE. I came in with strep throat and in the past dehydration. I am always greeted and treated by caring and knowledgable staff. As a member of the trans community, it can be difficult finding welcoming, understanding, and respectful care. TAUC (at the Rockhill location as well) is the choice when you need immediate care.
From the first time I've been to Total Access Urgent Care (Tower Grove), I've had great care. The Staff is very polite, always maintain a high level of professionalism and always displays a caring attitude towards their patients. I love this location. A few months I had a minor complication from a previous surgery and having an issue with my eyes, they were able to get me in the same afternoon to see the optometrist. I would recommend this location to everyone.
I went in recently with a case of strep throat. I found all the staff to be extremely courteous yet professional. The doctor I worked with, Misty, was accommodating towards my requests for extra information on costs associated with medication as I'm uninsured. I felt welcome and not judged as an open member of the LGBTQ community there as well. For reference: uninsured folks pay $99 to get into a room to see a doctor. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I was there for about 30 mins. I love this location! Highly recommend them!
