I was tested for Covid on June 24th and was told that my results should have come back in 3-5 days and maximum of a week. Today is July 2nd. However, I have still not received my results and have been given no promise of when the results will come in. This is frustrating enough as it is. My wife has had to cancel work each day and this has affected numerous people and lead to lost revenue. Super friendly place, staff is very fast and efficient. So happy to live close to it and be able to rely on them with any emergency I have.
The service was very good and they showed alot of concern for me as the patient.
Having an MRI machine on-site is great. It felt clean and safe and no wait. So much better than ER. Even the personalities were friendly. Thank you!
I had an experience here that was anything but stellar. I had an infected callous on my toe. Not the first time for me. Every doctor cuts the callous off and bandages it. Except this doctor. She wanted xrays l. No problem I took the xrays. Then she said she thought it was too bad to do there. Ok. So she sent me to an ER. I go to the ER and the doctor their states that a first year medical student should have known to cut the callous off and bandage it up. No big deal. It literally took her 3 minutes.
