I love the staff and service at TAUC. There was no waiting for hours in misery! And their bedside manor makes your experience that much better.
Great staff and quick service thanks for everything
I had to go to Total Access because I fell down 12 steps and although it could've been so much worse only ended up with a broken left foot. Total Access was WONDERFUL, friendly and took care of everything from xray, cat scan to filling my prescription. So much better than going to emergency room.

Customer care means everything and your staff there represents it well. I was seen immediately, everyone was very attentive. They took time to find out what was going on, kept me there to make sure I was feeling better upon treatment and spared me the additional stop by providing medicine on site. Great experience especially at a time when you're not feeling the best. Great staff!
Every visit to any TAUC site, I am treated with a warm and welcoming visit. The PA, MA and Physicians are outstanding. The level of care is phenomenal, I would truly encourage anyone in need of medical care to avoid the high cost of Hospital ER's and stop by your nearest TAUC. I only experienced one staff member who was a little rude, but that is not a deterrent that will keep me from making this my place for urgent care. My first experience was above my expectations. I won't be going back to the E.R. unless Urgent Care refers me. I was recommended by my Goddaughter and she's a Diva. I trust her judgement and she hasn't fail me yet. Clean. Thorough.. fast.. friendly...knowledgeable...and I was a happy patient..
I was diagnosed with bronchitus on Thursday, they xrayed me, gave me a steroid shot, 3 kinds of meds and I feel almost normal after feeling like crap for 10 days. It was easy, and professional, Defineitly will use again.
