RecommendedTotal Access Urgent Care has experienced physicians to treat your illness or other health problems. They are very caring and get you in and out in no time.
They were super friendly, helpful, personal, and kept you informative. Long day for me, but they helped make it a pleasant one. Very busy, but took time to make you feel important. Almost apologetic for the wait, yet kept a smile. Brendan was the only name I can remember, but wish I could thank each one personally.
The staff is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
In many ways, they went over and above to ensure my health at a recent visit. They were very proactive and well informed about the latest treatments. We have been going for years and never disappointed.
My wife, daughter and I went in late on a Friday night for a Covid test. The service was quick, professional, warm and friendly. The office is clean and nicely decorated with doctor-related TV, Movie and Magazine posters. Very cute! We actually used the Town & Country, MO location because the Creve Coeur, MO location had reached capacity for Covid testing for the day. I live that they have all of the technology in their building. I had an X-ray and a scan before to verify what the doctor suspected. Everyone was professional and very pleasant!
They see you immediately, very clean environment. Staff is professional ,courteous, caring and knowledgeable. I have not had one complaint.
