TAUC is wonderful. They take great care of you and everyone is so kind and caring. They run the necessary test to find out what your diagnosis is and then do all they can to make you feel better. I really like the convenience of being able to fill the prescriptions while you are there. When your feeling really sick it’s nice to not have to stop again and get your meds some where else. I went after being exposed to the flu. they got me in quickly and were so nice.i definitely had the flu and they checked on me multiple times. definitely would go back. I have never received such compassion from other urgent cares!!
I went to the Cave Springs location, got right in, friendly faces, thorough assessment including xray on site. I have also heard good things about Mid Rivers Mall Dr location.
The wait was very short. The clinicians seemed very competent. You don’t sit in the waiting room with a bunch of sick people.
TAUC treats its employees very poorly. I don't wish to support that.
I received wonderful care on my 2 recent visits to Total Access Urgent Care in St. Charles. I highly recommend this place!
Excellent care. They take all the anxiety out of being sick. They treated me with genuine kindness and quickly get you in and out. I was suffering from bronchitis symptoms and they treated me promptly, and didn’t treat me like a walking germ they didn’t want to deal with. Which has been my experience at other “hospital” branded urgent cares, which understandably it is a serious virus.. But it’s not like you ask for it intentionally.
