They were very professional and the device was quick no waiting time
Service was quick. I had an x-ray on my hand and was given a hand splint and tetanus shot. Total time about 45 minutes.

Everyone was professional & friendly. From the time I arrived to the time I left was only an hour and 15 minutes total. Appeared to me they were following all the COVID-19 guidelines. I would definitely return to the facility.
Great service at Cave Springs. Was seen quickly. Clinical staff were very friendly and thorough. My family and I return there any time one of us gets sick and needs to be seen right away.

I have always had amazing things to say about this TAUC location. Laura Mitchell was assigned to my daughter recently. Her manners and comments were absolutely disgusting. I assume that employee expectations have been drastically dropped, because her "professionalism" wasn't something I was prepared for. And her diagnostic skills were subpar at best. So glad that are other options. If I needed to, I would go back, but I would definitely not allow her to be involved in my daughter's care.
Yes indeed I recommend to anyone needing or wanting professional health care advice or care. Staff was professional and courteous and they were prompt. I will be back.
