First of all I felt the office was doing everything they could do to keep us safe during this pandemic. As far as my care severe laceration . They educated me on options of treatment. Once I made my choice the worked fast and efficient to treat me. They recommend me to follow up with a hand specialist which I did. They were very pleased with the work performed at urgent care.
They alway are very helpful and make sure you are Taken care of. This one is my favorite urgent care. Located at Mexico rd, went in for kidney stones Thanks for all there help and caring,’ I always send people to that urgent care they are the best and care about their patients

I went because I have The symptoms of CoViD19 and they were so nice and professionals
I had an urgent medical problem not related to Covid-19 and my doctor told me to go to Total Access. They were able to take care of me right away. I was in so much pain and they diagnosed me quickly and I was out the door with the meds I needed.
Always a good place to go. In and out. If need X-ray or iv it’s all done.
