There’s a 50:50 chance of getting the good, helpful receptionist or the rude, short, unhelpful one. They have told my husband completely conflicting information which resulted in him not getting the necessary help. I called about being 1 short a vital injection after a c section, was told the next day it would be ready. Best surgery I've been to. Was sad to hear dr wright is retiring though but with her all the best! Fingers crossed the dr who takes over is as gd. Don't understand all the negative reviews on reception either because they have always been friendly and helpful with me.

I want to make an appointment with doctor for my son he is 10 months old he very bad Constipation. He has this Constipation more than 4 months and Doctor know. They are telling me to call 111/101 if I call them saying take to GP I don't understand. The GP doesn't want to make an appointment what I have to do
