Looks like I'll be going without my repeat medication then. Receptionist hung up on me before I finished my enquiry. UPDATE. And they've done it again. Already had phone consultation about my repeats. They muck it up and 2 weeks later they need to do it again for same meds. Phone consultation was carried out by an abrupt, rude woman who talked down to me like some Dickensian headmistress. Very insulting. Considering change of surgery. Never had any problem with my repeats anywhere else. Bad Management.

This doctor got to be the worst doctor in the world, reception staff are so useless and rude, should be sacked and that place should be shut down for good,
