My mother (Perkins)has been in the ICU for the past five days and this is her first time at this hospital and my first interaction And first time even at this hospital. Every single nurse in the cardiovascular ICU unit has been amazing with my mom...patient...attentive...and kind. From the moment we arrived to the ER, we were attended right away. Very professional staff. Very clean and organized. We got admitted at a decent time. The medical staff are detail and attentive. Excellent communication. Mom received one of the best hospital stays in her life. Thank you to all medical and all staff at Torrance Memorial. I will definitely recommend this hospital from here on!!!
Completely unprofessional, classless and disgusting. The staff needs to become familiar with the Nuremberg code and what it says about informed consent. Be aware of the informed consent laws for our state. Understand the implications of her statement and what it means for a medical professional to use methods of coercion and intimidation to get consent for a medical procedure? Thank you to the wonderful Doctors and Nurses and admin staff for the excellent service and care given to my two daughter's and myself. We were visiting from Australia and you helped us out and we very much appreciate the care given.
