I had been having some abdominal pain and a CT scan revealed an inguinal hernia. My gastroenterologist said I needed to see a surgeon and would probably have to have surgery. I assumed that if I went to any surgeon, there was no way I was not going to have surgery. I went to see Dr. Rohipoor at Torrance Hernia Institute who had come highly recommended. I had a hernia surgery with Dr. Ramen. Great practitioner. Explains well the procedure beforehand. Lays out the options, helps you decide. Makes you feel 100% confident. The result is astonishing. Very thin scar that healed very well, exactly as he explained. Plus his assistants are so nice, efficient and caring. Bravo! A great surgeon and a wonderful facility.
From the moment I walked into Dr. Rohipoor's office and was greeted by him to the Post - OP visit I could not have been treated any better or more professional. Also, I could not have been more prepared for the surgery itself via an office supplied handout and been more prepared for what was to be after the operation. As for the Hernia operation -- No PAIN - NO SCAR – Dr. Rohipoor and his staff were GREAT.
