He did not show up at all, and did not respond to telephone calls. Unreliable.
Absolute joke of a business. Waited 6 hours on first occasion before I gave up and left my old flat to my new one with the bare essentials. After being told the delay was due to a fault with the van which they never phoned me about or told me they were going to be late. Few days later let me down again after claiming an emergency. Didn't inform me of any cancellations just didn't show up when agreed. Impossible to get hold of and won't answer texts. Unreliable and unprofessional. Get someone else and avoid this joke.
