We have been using Tornado pest control for a number of months due to a Rodent problem, from the very first visit that Mark did, to the last visit from Donna they have been brilliant. Through initial baiting to a full drain survey they identified the rodent entry point and helped with getting it resolved, including fumigation. We'd had an ongoing vermin infestation. The council had been out several times and bated but never find an entry point and the problem just kept on recurring. Tornado came round and sorted everything. Bated to clear the current rat infestation, surveyed the drains and found the entry point and even sourced a company to block the entry point. For the first time in over 15 years we don't dread when it rains. Donna was brilliant all the way through. Friendly, efficient and professional. I know now if we ever have a problem agai... read more
