I do not recommend torksey caravans. While the sales team are pleasant they made sure to leave out key parts of information and raised some major red flags. Inspections and checks were not carried out when agreed and faults came to light the day before collection. 6 weeks of research and digging showed the caravan could have a damp issue which we were not willing to risk. My advice to any customer is look deeper into any purchase and don't take what the sales team says as truth.

Purchased a beautiful caravan last week from Torksey Caravans, which unfortunately had a faulty mover on it, after bringing the van home the mover failed, contacted Torksey who immediately sent out two lovely polite employees, they took the van back to dealership who have replaced the mover and checked out the van that everything else was good. Had an issue with my caravan yesterday whilst touring in the Lincolnshire area. I called around 12 places locally and back home to see if they had capacity to fix my caravan. Every single place I called were fully booked until the end of May, no mobile fitter available, etc etc. Despite being a dealer I called Torksey Caravans and they kindly said they could help - at really short notice too. Again despite being very busy themselves, they took the time to look at my van and test the wiring, allowing me to travel inwardly saf... read more
