Their new E block of indoor units have been infested with rodents for the last year, my textiles stank of ammonia from pee and I found poop pellets on my pillows! I actually caught rodent mites from my own merino wool winter quilt which led to 3 visits to the GP and steroid creams and pills. My dry cleaning and launderette bills have been huge.
