I have never been yelled at before by a teenager working minimum wage about having "more than 20 items" at self checkout. I had 19!! I counted it out (because it certainly didn't look like 20). I will go out of my way to avoid this place. There have been times when the self checkout was blocked up with customers who had full shopping carts.
i got accused of stealing a 5¢ paper bag today. asked to see our receipts and was given attitude despite clearly hitting the purchase bags button in her eye sight. will never shop at a tops again that was ridiculous.
