Now granted, not every Tops is the same, and I don't normally shop at this Tops, and I'm sure regular shoppers might rate this location higher, but I kinda had a bad experience here. Stopped in before work to get something for my lunch, and they were loudly renovating parts of the store. I went to the market to get something hot to eat. As I did, one of the reno guys pulled a tarp over all the food. I wasn't able to select anything. OK...one strike. I have never been yelled at before by a teenager working minimum wage about having "more than 20 items" at self checkout. I had 19!! I counted it out (because it certainly didn't look like 20). I will go out of my way to avoid this place. There have been times when the self checkout was blocked up with customers who had full shopping carts.
