I was using a Different Company for files Prior to Top Gear Tuning and it was horrible to work with and always made mistakes and never admitted to them which cost me a lot but then I started with TGT and changed my tools over to them for the past 2 and half years and I don’t have any problems with the files anymore and even with the odd car once in a blue moon the guys have a great support system and they reply quickly and they will do everything to make it right even with the Worst working conditions in my country (Egypt) s... read more
Excellent customer service, Matt and his team are extremely helpful and efficient, I took my 2015 Audi S3 vert for a car back Powerflow exhaust system and stage 1 remapp, dropped car of at 940, they had the car up on the ramp while I was there so they could demonstrate which centre section I wanted based on noise level, then choose my tip from a huge selection. By 130 on the same day the exhaust and the remapp were complete, after a quick test drive and payment I was in my way happy.
