I have been with this doctors for some time now and dr doswell i find to be outstanding doctor. She has not only saved my daughter's life at 12 weeks old due to meningitus my daughter is now a healthy 6 year old due to her diagnoses and quick reaction. She is understanding and listens. And has always provided outstanding professinal advise. I have always been treated with respect She is an asset to topcliffe surgery.
Great if and when you can get an appointment with the doctors, however rude pharmacy staff abrupt and obnoxious when asking about delays in medication. Calls by head pharmacist never returned on more than one occasion. One particular Receptionist quite rude and unhelpful trying to get an appointment with a doctor is an awful experience at this practice.
I do like this surgery the doctors are great.But I find some not all reception staff down right rude and there is no need.They then expect you to travel to A+E even when living on my own nearest hospital is 16 miles away taxis are out of my price range I've no family around me either.Shocking to assume by reception
Exceptional doctors, sadly you can never see them. Telephone call, you can be waiting over 30 minutes to answer, if they answer at all. To then be told to find your way to urgent treatment.
Doctors lovely, unfortunately the pharmacy is staffed by persons without manners. Passive aggressive bordering on aggressive. The lad is pleasant, the women sadly aren't. They need moving on.
