Very thorough great job friendly staff highly recomend
I highly recommend this business. Organising my end-of-tenancy clean was easy and efficient, and the service I received was professional and thorough (and very fairly priced). A big thank you to my cleaner, Jade. I will be using Top To Bottom again in the future. :)
Sadly the girls were a real let down when it came to termination of services. Months of asking them to return our keys (emails, WhatsApp voicemail) and many broken promises later - still no keys! We now have no choice but to change the locks. Don't give them your keys!
