Just finished installing my first floating shelf order from TopShelf UK. Very pleased and had no trouble with solid installation using supplied concealed brackets but I used some smaller wall plugs and screws than the provided hardware as my shelf is fairly small and not going to carry much load. Very pleased by helpful service including manufacturer who phoned me to confirm where I wanted bracket positions in shelf (as I needed to avoid a possible conflict with wiring in wall). We ordered 5 shelves from TopShelf, we went for floating due to the walls on either side not being even, rather than the alcove fit. The customer service was great as one of the shelves we ordered was wider and they talked me through the better option of a rebar fit for the bottom shelf to have better security. The shelves are absolutely gorgeous and are well made. There was a bit of a hiccup due to the delivery company but the team at TopShelf remedied the issues very swiftly. Ordered 8 alcove shelves and 4 or 5 radiator top shelves, in veneer to save a little. All very high quality and perfect finish. Very well packaged, and on time. They are heavy as they are solid, so brackets are quite large. Called to check measurements with me as I needed different front and back of shelf lengths due to old walls!
Wonderful service and the shelves are so strong for my kitchen stuff. Would definitely recommend this company and the quality is excellent!
