Got my new vehicle washed yesterday, the workers at the wipe down, vacuum area were busting their asses. The attention to detail was amazing.

A couple of weeks ago I took my wife's car up to get a wash and vacuum. After vacuuming the inside of the car, we took the floor mats over the machine in the middle that cleans the mats as well, and after running them through we noticed it had ripped the middle row mat. We spoke with Kevin who worked with us get to get a replacement. Great customer service as well as a great place to clean your car.
I just bought me a new SUV took it to get detailed and waxed they did a great job i was very happy with the service kevin always make sure my vehicles are good before i leave,will come back
I keep telling myself I'm not going to go back to Top Shelf, but I keep giving them one last chance. So today was one of those times and I can promise I will NEVER be going back! I leave disappointed every time. I pay each time for the inside and outside of my car to be cleaned. So this time wasn't any different. Not only was there big bug gut spots still on the hood but the dead bugs were not scrubbed off the front.
