The worst payed for a 40 buck super clean i got a crap job couldnt even clean the mud off ask twice smeared the interior with amorall never cleaned it must have hired all the rejecks from blue springs car wash never use them again it sucked will show pictures

Love the way they detailed my car. Is the best in my area. Dont go to the car wash in Orange City. They are lousy
The attendant complained because I entered the car wash at 6:50 pm and they close at 7 pm. I was out by 7:05 pm. Close the entrance then! What kind of customer service are you providing when this is how you greet me?
When I first started going to Top shelf the service was great but lately it has been sub par. Today went first thing to beat the rush and catch the employees while they where fresh before it got to hot. When they said my truck was ready. First thing I noticed was no tire shine and my rims looked barely wiped down and my dash was barely touched I asked the guy what no tire shine and his response was oh I don't know I didn't bother to look at the ticket. Went in for a hand wax and to have my headlights polished out. Was quoted $45 for the wax, but when I went inside to pay, the manager said it would be $55....I told him that I had been quoted $45, and she admitted it, but he said, no, that's going to be $55. I understand that he is well within his rights to change the price on me before I pay, but he certainly has a long way to go before I would consider him for any kind of management position. Terrible customer service!
