I use them every two weeks, they really seem to get worse every time. I went there 12/10/16, i got the $25 cleaning, I was the only car there. While watching (6) kids standing around talking, and 2 kids cleaning my car. Then I was told all ready, I opened the door and my floors weren't even vacuumed. So they did that!! I took the car home and had to wipe everything down, clean the windows. I've decided from now on I will clean the inside myself and save the money!!
Must be new owners or management. Used to be a good place.
I am beyond disappointed. Just picked up my car after having the $190 detail job. Looks like a $30 job. Not what I expected! Doesn't even look like my windows were cleaned. I can still see my kids handprints on the back window. I will not be having my car detailed here again �. Customer service is lacking. My husband dropped off the car, which was a hassle. I've been a monthly subscriber to top shelf now for 9 months. For the most part the car wash works great. We loved the ease of use and new equipment in the beginning. Lately it's been impossible to get the bugs off the car (we use the car wash nearly everyday) the water spots and leftover soap residue on the dark windows are becoming an accent to the car and the vacuums are weaker than our 5 gallon home shop vac all the sudden. Had to show person detailing my truck a lot of spot's missed they need a foreman or supervisor looking over the vehicle's saying if it's done not leaving it up to the customer
Horrible job, I've tried several times and each time is worse...Zero customer service. This time my battery was dead no one offered to help, they all just watched as I raised my hood, opened the trunk and got out emergency jump box....sad...I wish I could upload pictures of the bad job cleaning my car
