Their $7 car wash ended up costing me $80 today! Their car wash ripped and tore off my brand new chrome hubcap that was not even a week old and left spots all over my car! So now I have to get new hubcaps and another car wash! Not happy!!
Just had my van washed and still covered in love bugs. Asked for a rewash and management refused! They don’t guarantee their wash to take bugs off!
Worst customer service experience possible. Would never return. Was sold a two car wash program and there was no explanation of a time limit. Returned only to be told that my code had expired and I would have to buy another code to get my wash. Bait and switch at it finest and the response from the manager was a joke. The response was well it says so on that sign over there. Beware.

What happened to Too Shelf? No detailing? I moved to OC but still drove to Deltona to get my car cleaned. You’re going to lose a lot of business!
I’m guessing they are in the middle of a transition maybe new owners or something , the manager today couldn’t have been more dismissive of my concerns I pay nearly 50$ per month for my membership the skinny general manager was horrible i will be taking my business to sportys after the service they provide now i will never spend my $ in a place where the general manager himself seems not to care about his customers he’s rude as can be and r related to me that there is no one above him to complain to sincerely your local fire... read more
