I have never come across such an unprofessional company before! All they do is lie and make false promises! I have small children and 1 of which has medical problems yet we’ve been forced to live with mould issues/ faulty repairs/ faulty gas illegally fitted bath (the plumber himself has said that) plus a whole load of other issues! Takes them ages to sort a problem out in the property, when they do they send a cowboy maintenance man round to bodge the job, have been waiting 3 years for them to fix mould in the property, no access to your landlord and they make it extremely difficult to put you and your landlord in the same room, they don’t respond to your emails 90 % of the time, waste money on having a job inspected rather than fixed, they sent an inspector round to look at a job 3 times and it still hasn’t been resolved, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, update... read more
