The staff at Top Down Dental are friendly and courteous. Dr. Nancy is personable, knowledgeable and caring. And, Julie is a wonderful hygienist who keeps you smiling. I have been a patient for many years and I always feel comfortable when I visit the office. And, they have adopted even more stringent protocols to keep patients safe during the pandemic. Your oral health is critical to your overall health and well being. Don't put off a visit to the dentist - and choose Top Down Dental!
Julie is such a great hygienist. I have VERY sensitive gums, so she uses a topical anesthetic in my gums before manually de scaling. I am so grateful. A very comfortable cleaning!
These are tough times and I really felt comfortable with the focus on hygiene and safety. I find the staff friendly and helpful and all the doctors are super engaging.
DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST! I'm 71 years old and Nancy allowed her Manager at Marina Mini Storage to harass and be abusive to me! She also allows that Manager to STEAL other people's belongings out of their storage units! I told the Nancy and the police about it and I got fired!! This woman doesn't care about other women!

The staff are very nice, and the office is beautiful. Never healthier, nor so pain free; I love this dentist. So grateful to have discovered them when I had to find a new dentist years ago, and have been blessed with healthy gums ever since! Terrible experience! She is extremely rough dentist who recommended a crown unnecessarily and then botched the crown. I am in constant pain and the pain has been an absolute nightmare for me. Please do not go to her. The office massage chairs movies etc are not worth being in pain for the rest of your life. This place is all about money. They will recommend expensive treatments to you.
