The staff at Top Down Dental are friendly and courteous. Dr. Nancy is personable, knowledgeable and caring. And, Julie is a wonderful hygienist who keeps you smiling. I have been a patient for many years and I always feel comfortable when I visit the office. And, they have adopted even more stringent protocols to keep patients safe during the pandemic. Julie is such a great hygienist. I have VERY sensitive gums, so she uses a topical anesthetic in my gums before manually de scaling. I am so grateful. A very comfortable cleaning!
These are tough times and I really felt comfortable with the focus on hygiene and safety. I find the staff friendly and helpful and all the doctors are super engaging.
Never healthier, nor so pain free; I love this dentist. So grateful to have discovered them when I had to find a new dentist years ago, and have been blessed with healthy gums ever since! Terrible experience! She is extremely rough dentist who recommended a crown unnecessarily and then botched the crown. I am in constant pain and the pain has been an absolute nightmare for me. Please do not go to her. The office massage chairs movies etc are not worth being in pain for the rest of your life. This place is all about money. They will recommend expensive treatments to you. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of your individual dental history. I love the extra pampering- hand lotion, warm lavender neck pillow, headphones with music, blankets, and massage featuring dental care. These touches are appreciated in my busy schedule and make office time pass quickly.
