The service was top notch
I had a 2 pm appointment. 8 hours of traveling for my Cornwall holiday and booked this as my first thing to do. Had I gone to check into the hotel first after arriving in Cornwall, I would have missed my appointment, so I went to the spa with my big suitcase. Unfortunately I was unaware that they close the doors for break between 1pm-2pm. But they still answered the door for me, and then let me sit wait indoors with my baggage.
