"Because of your inspection we were made aware of issues that weren't apparent to us. The homeowners were unwilling to drop the price on the house but informed us they would fix the problems. We consequently dropped the contract on that house. They have since relisted the house at a much lower price. The house is still for sale. Without Top 2 Bottom, we would have been unaware of the issues and probably purchased a home with problems that would have cost us $$$. We intend to use Top 2 Bottom when we find another home.
