The inspector was very informative. He gave a detailed report with suggested repairs that needed to be fixed. The inspector also called following the inspection and talked to me about the findings. He asked if I had any questions. The service was very professional and helpful with the closing on my new home.
Our inspector was very thorough and made us aware of problems we wouldn’t have noticed until down the road after we purchased our home. Now that we are aware we can address those issues before anything major happens. The inspector explained things as he was finding them and also discussed recommendations, he provided a more simple explanation to help us better understand things. He was great!

Very professional yet friendly, excellent detailed inspections
Repeat customer here, I have used Top2Bottom twice now and have found them to be very detailed, with lots of photos and super easy to reach out to. This time around I am using them for their multi-phase construction inspections and am glad I did! During the pre-pour inspection, their inspector found several things that needed to be corrected and we were able to get the builder to address without skipping a beat. Looking forward to the pre-drywall inspection next. THANK YOU again to everyone for making this so easy.
