Unkind reception staff who have no respect for how to talk to vulnerable women. Knowing I’m 5 days postpartum, the receptionist had a disgusting attitude, no patience and started shouting at me down the phone when I brought this up. Absolutely vile. The people at the front desk have no manners whatsoever. Rather than be understanding and helpful they act as if you owe them something.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at the reception desk. Despite being visibly pregnant and clearly uncomfortable, I was made to wait for over an hour without any consideration or empathy from the staff. Their dismissive attitude and lack of urgency were not only unprofessional but downright inhumane. Yolan was absolutely amazing! Phoned up, she gave me a same day appointment to get my pregnancy whooping cough vaccine. I can honestly say, it was the best experience Ive ever had with any vaccination nurse. She was so lovely and gentle, I have the biggest needle phobia, didnt feel anything. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.
