Exceptional. I have a panic of needles and many people struggle to draw blood. Here it was quick and easy. Professional and competent.
Lovely staff and great selection of snacks afterwards. It was my first time donating but they made it very easy and everything went smoothly. There was even a nurse in charge of making people cordial at the snack section! To everyone reading this: go donate blood if you can!
I have made a lot of donations there, over the years; also here’s where I made my first donation. Keep in mind, there’s a lot of new-staff and trainees, so it does get busy and service can suffer as a consequence; therefore donations subsequently can take a little longer, than expected.
On 30th July, we went to the Centre for blood donation. Chris Fryer was a kind, friendly and polite lady. She took good care of every donor and visitor. Please convey our thanks to her. All nurses and staff were very professional and patient. We appreciated their hard work very much.
