While my product arrived timely, there is no assembly instructions. Trying to get ahold of customer service is just a frustrating circle of hold music. Then, they don't have the assembly instructions. They have to wait to get ahold of the manufacturer in china to send the instructions. You think they would have a digital file they can send out to customers
If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is HORRIBLE. Ordered several pieces of equipment over a month ago and did not receive them. I had to call to see what the issue was with my order since no one bothered to call me to follow up with the shipment of my order. I was asked to give them 24 hours for the warehouse to respond and I never got a call. Called again to ask if my order had been shipped and was asked for another 24 hours for them to check with the warehouse. Called a 3rd time and the warehouse apparently... read more
This place is a joke. Ordered parts, waited 2 weeks and it still had not shipped. Phoned and got to enjoy all the phone tricks: disconnected, multiple 20 - 30 minute hold times, failed promises of callbacks, lies about the warehouse/shipping department, blah, blah, blah. Save a headache and go somewhere else.
not respond to solve service quality issues, terrible, packing, shipping, and handling services, I bout a worktable and it arrives totally damaged.. now,,, nobody answers the request....... don't do business with them.
I was charged for an order that they did not have in stock. Told it would be 2 days for the refund to go through. It has been 2 weeks and they will not answer the phone. I have emailed them numerous times and they will not respond. They are thieves!!!!! They owe me 196.00 for a product they cancelled after I placed the order.....Dont do business with this horrible company.
Bought a Metal Lathe from them. It arrived 45 days ago with the wrong stand. I sent the stand back and they still haven't shipped the replacement. 45 days of my lathe sitting useless on my floor. I really didn't need another boat anchor, especially at that price.
Horrible company to do business with. I ignored a lot do the negative reviews and took a chance figuring most of the time my luck is good. Boy was I wrong. I wouldn’t have left bad reviews if it was just merely a quick and bad experience but it wasn’t. It’s an ongoing issue that is yet to be resolved THREE months after the purchase!
Won't stand behind sale. They have an "F" rating with the BBB. Get your tools from a reputable dealer. acmetools, woodcraft, harborfreight, northern tool, homedepot, lowes.
Won't stand behind the sale. Received a defective hedge trimmer, and they refused to make good on the defective tool. They did not respond to emails, and basically gave us the finger. We made a claim to the credit card company... 120 days latter, they somehow provided "documentation" indicating that they should be paid. DO NOT buy your tools here.
