After waiting for almost a month, the order is still not shipped. Can't get to their phone number and won't reply online chat. I called my credit card company and filed a chargeback.
After a month, I tried contacting them and never could get anyone to respond. I finally got someone to answer and she kept promising she would take of my order. I tried cancelling the order and no one would respond. I finally got our order after 2 months.
Don’t get caught in this trap. Believe the reviews. I was on hold two trying to get. Refund because they shipped the wrong item so i refused the order when it made it. I’m pretty sure if you’re reading this that you see the horrible customer service because they’re dodging the customers who are looking for refunds. This company is awful. Ordered a fridge & freezer. Said shipping in 3-5 days. After days, no shipping confirmation. Called customer service and every time they have a bull$##t message that states they are "experiencing higher than usual call volume." BS. I called the minute they opened. On hold for hours. Tried chat help. Stayed in Queue for 45 minutes as the 5th in Queue. Just as it was my turn, I somehow get logged out, and when I reconnected I'm now 3rd in Queue. If I could give this company no stars I would have. Customer service and chat options are terrible. I hope you have hours to waste to only have them lie to you about the status of your order. I ordered a pallet jack and confirmed the same day that shipping was only 5-10 business days. I followed up after 10 days and they claim it is 2-10 days for processing and 5-10 for shipping. DO NOT & DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY , WORST & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES Bought the air dryer 6 weeks ago, machine does not work, emailed , called , leave message no respond, finally got the RMA # to return, the truck they sent to pickup the machine on 5/22/60 until now they have not refund my money yet. they told that they can not located where is the item now & need to call to the pickup company & there is no promised any solution to the customer when $ to refund. very bad company

%%%% TOOLOTs is a fraudulent shopping mall. %%% They take orders without having a product, and after two weeks there is no contact. employees lie about status your order. Hard to get them on the phone and never get call back....danger..danger...don’t buy from this company.
