Michael Werner Do not buy from this company. Customer service is the worst. Bought a lathe that was missing light and sump system...only shipped 1/2 order. Supervisor hung up on me. Processed my purchase before They ever shipped. Jose is a bad supervisor.....employees lie about status your order. Hard to get them on the phone and never get call back....danger..danger...don’t buy from this company.
These guys are crooks!!! They took my money including the shipping charge money that was 3 to 5 days. After 15 days I had received no notification of shipment. Called them today and they said it was still on the shipping desk, but they could call the warehouse and tell them to ship the product. I expected that is what you are legally supposed to do after you take someones payment. I asked them why the delay and they said, that was a stupid question and it was like asking why water was blue. This place sux. I order $1800 of equipment from them. 8 days later I called to check the status. Fucktards said the order was on hold? Wait wut? Because they called me to confirm order and didn't reach me they put the order on hold. No email. no text, no followup call. Pa fucking thetic customer service. Manger brushed it off. They don't give a crap - buyer beware. There's a good reason they have 59 1 star reviews.
Beware if buying from Toolots, they charge more than Bolton Tools for the same product and more for shipping. Its the same owner in the same building. Rip-off.
Worst company I've dealt with. They sent me a defective product and I asked for an exchange which took about a month to be verified. Mind you that I notified them that I will be using that for an upcoming Tradeshow. Which they neglected. When they finally sent me an RA, they stated that they will be charging us 20% restocking fee. Which they should not be doing when they sent us a defective product that doesn't even work.
