I ordered a shelf in June, it arrived bent, I requested a replacement in July. I sent back the shelf and the replacement didn't arrive. I tried calling, emailing, whatever I could to get a hold of them. When I finally did reach them, they said that it was never noted to send a replacement and now the shelf was no longer available. I requested a refund...in August. It's now November and I have never received my refund. I try calling and waiting 45 minutes to speak with someone only to get "disconnected" when they answer... read more

I ordered a CNCzone Hobby CNC Machine 3018 Assembly from Toolots website, much to my regret. The Assembly was late in arriving and did not include the 15W laser head that is clearly described on the web page as a part of the furnished assembly. I have been given the runaround by three different Toollots employees and they finally sent me an e-mail saying they were not going to provide the laser head and I should return the assembly per their return policy [which leaves me on the hook for the original shipping & handling cost... read more

I recently ordered a patio heater on Toolots. The website reported that the item was in stock and would be delivered by economy shipping in roughly 10-14 business days. It did not arrive in that window, and when I called Toolots customer service, I was told that the item was out of stock (both at the time of the order and currently), and Toolots canceling the order because there was no assurance that the patio heaters would be restocked. suck customer service, DO NOT GO HERE. I order my machine and they took my money and did not deliver my machine. I try to call and email like 10 times and no one care or reply, all I have to say is suck

The other reviews are correct, STAY AWAY from this company. The worst service you will ever receive, if at all. Have been trying to get a refund for an order I cancelled for over 2 weeks now and still no reply to multiple emails. Take your business elsewhere, you'll thank me and the rest of the reviewers.

Absolutely worst company in the world!!! Been hung up on, disconnected from chat, etc. They beat around the bush over everything, and always "promises" but never live up to it. Worst of all, my order back in MAY was never delivered so I cancelled and they told me no problem and that they will issue a refund. It's been over 4 months and STILL no refund. Like I said, WORST company ever!

HORRIBLE customer service Was put on hold forever then the system just dropped me They didn't respond to emails either.At this time I still haven't received my order I'm sure I will have to take it up with my credit card company

Horrible customer service. Ordered cordless impack driver and received without a charger. I have left serveral messages, tried calling several tmes and been on hold for over an hour and no answer. Left emaills and chat messages no response.. I would not recommend anyone use this business.

I was very hesitant on ordering from this company due to all the bad reviews but I read some of the reviews and most of them were about damaged product being delivered. You can’t blame the company for packages that get damaged during shipping. So I figured I’d give them a try. The package was boxed nicely and was delivered in a timely manner. Product was as described. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.
