I purchased an on sale industrial refrigerator from this company on Black Friday of 2023 and around the middle of December I called to figure out when my order would be delivered and it turns out that they did not have the refrigerator that I ordered (and did not even bother to contact me via email or phone to tell me so I found out because I called them) and wanted me to select another refrigerator from their inventory but there was no other refrigerators with a comparable price. Simply put they're a RIP OFF! Don't bother! They'll steal your money then lie to you when you try to get the thing you ordered or a refund. Star Trek fans ill understand this: They're human FERENGIS! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
terrible company to work with. bought an embroidery machine and had issues the first two days we had it. terrible response and poor communication. they offered to give us a full refund which was supposed to have over a month ago and yet to see. they keep coming up with excuses and say they will get back with us which they never follow up. getting to the point of getting lawyers involved.
Right out of the crate our laminator didn't work correctly. It continuously chatters causing imprint lines and bubbles throughout the media regardless of speed, heat, and tension settings. Customer support is nonexistent and there are no user or support manuals included. I'd be cautious to purchase anything from this company of significant value.
By far one of the worst companies I have had to deal with as a operation support director. I purchased a " Manual Calibration Electronic Analyze Balance," the display screen became total dark after one month, sent video to show them what is wrong in June 2022, after two months I received message from Toolots said that the sensor inside balance may be broken and ask me to disassemble the balance (is this a joke? Toolots sent us out a 24” impulse bag sealer, received Oct 5th. Product is damaged right out of the box. The unit failed to turn off when attempting to seal a bag, causing the impulse sealer to melt right through the bag. I immediately called to get a replacement sent out. I explained to the CSR that this unit was needed for our production line and we needed a replacement right away. This is a terrible company to deal with-they leave you on forever holds and if you try to speak with someone by trying 'sales', you will not get very far after you state the problem. The calls are taken by folks in the Philippines, and they are either trained to not give any answers or simply do not have any answers. The emailed defence, is that even though I bought a machine for almost $8,000 and two hired tech companies pointed out the design flaws, they refused to do anything about it because the 90 days are up.
