This company's customer service does not rate even one star. The worst company customer (lac of service) department is just what I said: Lac of service! There is never a supervisor around when a customer needs one. No internal communication from one department to another. They never call you back even though they say they will, and they don't care because they have a slow-moving procedure to follow. Don't get frustrated and save your money by not shopping at Toolots.

Toolots customer service is a joke. I have never left a review before but do not buy from these people. I have been trying for 5 weeks now to get a replacement. They sent me defective button parts, I returned them and now it's been over a month and I have not received the correct size yet. Everytime I contact them, they tell me I will hear back but I don't. Don't buy from them!!!

do not use this company!! i have been waiting for over a month for tracking information which was never provided. they wont respond to calls or emails . this company is a fraud !

I have been looking for a server enclosure for placing a 3D printer into. (Safety reasons, re: fire, dust, fumes & heat retention) I contacted the Toolots sales dept via the web site chat function. I would only give 1 star because at least this company did send out the replacement and offer warranty. But that is the only good thing i can really says about them. I have purchase 3 large format heat presses from them since july 2020. The first one was damaged and couldn't be fixed because we didn't know what we were doing. Ordered a 2nd press that blew up in 6 months. Went without a press for 5 months because no stock. ordered another one January 2022 and it too is defective. Has never worked. Ordered fittings for an important Jon. I need hundreds of them fast but they had to be a good quality. I tried a few and they were great and the price was right so I ordered 800 of them. They came on time and packaged in a way that they were easy to distribute around the shop for installation. Toolots will be the first place I look for items going forward

Terrible company! I bought a grill gazebo with a shelf damaged before it was shipped. I spent 2 days collecting all the photos and they acknowledged there was an issue. I was instructed to asemble the gazebo and they would replace the part. Two months goes by nothing, no response from customer service. 4 months later they offer me $75 for a $600 damaged gazebo, but to get a refund I have to return it. Miserable company. Take your money and provide no service. They do not follow through on their commitments and they don't care about their customers or their reputation. Do yourself a favor and buy what you need somewhere else. This company is the worst.
