me and other neighbors in the same building being treated in the same way, living next to mould and disrepair and when complaining about it just being scoffed at and told "oh you know its much worse in x place", i bet none of the staff that work at the agency live next to mould for years. NEVER recieved a follow up to any inspection that they insist on doing on a regular basis, taking evidence etc and then never acting on it.
