I had a small issue that arose and contacted Tony Benger’s team to discuss the problem stressing I don’t want anyone to get in trouble. The team manager came out and took accountability for his team member who was also present and apologised for the situation AND this was all done with good humour! Just because I’m Karen you don’t have to be a Karen! The manager arrive shortly after and replaced my shrub, personally. The team working on our new development are professional, technically competent and approachable. They have made a huge difference to the shared spaces and keep the managed areas well. Great team, job well done!
Tony Benger recently built an external wall for us in our Reception outside area. Tom and Cait worked exceptionally hard to build this in a short period of time to ensure the work was completed before the children returned from their Easter holidays. The team were professional, hardworking, went above and beyond and left our site in a pristine condition. A thank you must also go to Shane and Nick for managing this project.
