I recently had my floor fitted in my kitchen and new lounge carpet. I went into the shop where I was assisted and helped choose the best quality carpets and flooring due to having dogs I wanted something hard wearing and easy to clean. I found what I needed with some help as theres alot to choose from, the fitting time was really quick I was expecting to wait a while, but the guys were round within a few days and honestly can't fault them, the guys were so professional and great with my dogs. Poor quality fitting of carpet, but biggest problem is being totally ignored when my carpets had a fault. Kicked the can down the road ignoring us for months. Am now replacing all the carpets at my own cost. My advice, other than shop elsewhere is if you receive your carpets folded in half refuse to accept them. Plenty of quality outfits out there who care about their customers. Avoid!
