Excellent, efficient and friendly service.
Tomkins found us great tenants. Some initial enquires failed Tomkins vetting process. Pav was amazing to deal with, super efficient. He was also truthful about what rent we could expect to get the right tenants rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear compared with our experience with other letting agents we were using previously. Would recommend.
The team at Tomkins Davis has always been super responsive and deals with any requirements or issues promptly. They are organised and communicate effectively with their clients. I'm glad they are looking after my rental property, as it doesn't feel as stressful as when I've been with other managing agents.
