Bought my used Touareg at a non-VW dealership and they were clearly incapable of maintaining the car for obvious reasons. I stopped in at Tom Wood in Noblesville without an appointment and they were able to fix a nagging issue promptly and correctly. I highly recommend them and manager Brian M and will be back.
I walked in to just take a look at a specific vehicle and ended up purchasing. I was blown away by the outstanding service from each and every person there! Coming from a GM only life and into a Volkswagen was an easy transition thanks to my salesman Mike Karpy.
