I came in wanting a certain car (GLI). When I pulled in I was promptly greeted by Michael Karpy. He treated me great and worked very will with the payments I wanted to make. I absolutely love the car and the way I was treated. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
Came in to test drive a used car, didn’t like it, tried a second used VW and it was great. Good service, no pushy sales, negotiated a fair price.
I went to have my vw bug serviced and they treated me very well. I was frustrated and they calmed my nerves and got the job done in a timely manner.
