Called before we brought the car. Told us to be there before 4:30. Came in to get my wife’s oil changed. It was about 4 p.m. when I showed up. The lady who greeted me in service did not smile and looked like she didn’t want to be there. I waited for about 20 minutes in the lounge. When the same lady told me it would be 2 hours before my OIL CHANGE would be done. I asked why and she said they needed to get parts for this particular oil change. Bought a used 2011 Jetta (at another dealership) for our son and had service done at Tom Wood VW Noblesville and highly recommend their Dave and their service department.
Bought my last car from them. Their service and attention to my needs was awesome. I won’t buy a car anywhere else!
Our last service experience was sub standard. We were not kept informed in a timely manner of what was wrong with vehicle. In addition they didn’t not call us to let us know the vehicle was done. This caused us to be without the vehicle for a weekend.
